Jun-10-2024VIDEO 1 7th Offence DUI, Man Tries Everything to Avoid Going to Jail
An Officer with the Menomonee Falls police department responded to the area of a known suspect who appeared to be driving while intoxicated. The vehicle was located, stopped and the driver was contacted. The driver showed signs of impairment and attempted to consume an intoxicant in front of the officer while in the driver’s seat. He was asked to perform field sobriety tests and was eventually arrested for operating while intoxicated 7th offense. It was determined that the suspect was currently on probation for his previous OWI. He was taken to the hospital where a warrant was obtained to get a blood sample. The suspect was eventually booked on OWI charges, probation violation and transported out the Waukesha County jail.
Jun-10-2024VIDEO 2 DoorDasher Gets Arrested
An officer from the Menomonee Falls police department stopped a vehicle for traveling 49 mph in a 30-mph zone. The officer stopped the vehicle and contacted the driver. The officer detected the smell of marijuana coming from the vehicle so he called for additional officers to assist with a probable cause search of the vehicle as there were multiple occupants. Once the back-up officers arrived the occupants were asked to step from the vehicle. The occupants did step from the vehicle and began to argue with the officers on scene. At one point one of the occupants (suspect one) walked back to the vehicle causing officers to physical direct him from the vehicle. Suspect one attempted to pull away and then resisted the officers’ attempt to handcuff him. Suspect one was eventually handcuffed for resisting/obstructing. Officers from the Menomonee Falls Police Department responded to a Woodman’s grocery store for the report of an intoxicated and disorderly customer. Once officers arrived the employees advised the suspect urinated in an aisle and was refusing to leave. Officers contacted the suspect who provided a false name during their investigation. After her real name was determined it was found that she had a valid felony arrest warrant and had existing felony bail conditions for absolute sobriety. She was arrested, booked on several charges and transported out to the Waukesha County jail.

Officers from the Waukesha police department responded to the report of a four vehicle accident. Once on scene, others involved stated that the driver that they believed that the driver that caused the crash was drunk. upon investigation it was determined that the driver was drunk. She was taken to the hospital and transported out to the Waukesha County Jail shortly after.

On September 2nd, 2023. Officers from the Menomonee Falls Police Department were dispatched to a fight in progress in front of Classic Lanes. Upon arrival officers learned that the suspect was arguing with his girlfriend and at some point, struck her in the face causing injury. The suspect was intoxicated and physically resisted officers as they tried to arrest him. Once handcuffed, the suspect caused damage to the squad car. The suspect was booked on several charges and transported directly out to the Waukesha County jail.

On December 16, 2022. A Deputy from the Brown County Sheriffs office stopped a vehicle for expired registration. The driver got cited for, expired registration, operating without insurance, operating while suspended, and disorderly conduct.
Jun-10-2024VIDEO 7 Niece Steals Her Aunts Van While High
On June 7, 2022. Deputies from the Walworth County Sheriffs Office responded to a residence for the report of a stolen vehicle. After getting information from the victim, the suspect was located two hours later by another department who notified Walworth County Deputies. The suspect ended up getting charged for operating without owners consent, and operating with Restricted Controlled Substance. She was transported to the hospital for a drug test.

On September 3, 2023. Officers from the Menomonee Falls Police Department were dispatched to the area for the report of a female driver slumped over the wheel of a U-Haul truck with the driver’s door open. EMS also responded due to the unknown condition of the driver. Once on scene, the officers noted the strong odor of intoxicants on the driver’s breath. The suspect admitted to driving and had been drinking earlier in the day. She was placed through field sobriety tests and was eventually arrested for Operating while intoxicated 1st offense. The suspect was booked and released to a responsible adult.

On July 26, 2023. An officer from the Menomonee Falls Police department stopped a vehicle for having no license plate and a defective headlamp. Upon contacting the suspect driver, the officer observed a digital scale and noted the odor of marijuana. A canine tracked the passenger's trail and located an abandoned backpack containing a handgun. The passanger could not be located. The driver was arrested, booked on several charges and transported out to the Waukesha County jail. The suspect passenger was identified and a request for numerous charges was forwarded to the Waukesha County District Attorney’s Office.
Jun-10-2024VIDEO 10 Tased After Stealing a BMW
On July 13, 2023. Officers from the Menomonee Falls Police Department responded to FLOCK alert for the report of a stolen BMW out of Milwaukee. This vehicle was reportedly taken in an armed robbery and the suspect was armed with a handgun. Video surveillance was reviewed to identify the driver of the vehicle who was located inside the store. An Investigation determined the suspect was in possession of a modified handgun, cocaine, fentanyl, and a large amount of cash and cell phones. The suspect was also found to have five valid warrants and open cases requiring additional charges for bail jumping to be added. Milwaukee Police responded to process the vehicle for evidence. The suspect was booked on several charges and transported out to the Waukesha County jail.

On July 19, 2023. An officer from the Menomonee Falls Police Department approached a vehicle at 1:24 a.m. with its lights on at a closed business. A record check of the vehicle registration revealed the listed owner had a valid felony drug warrant. The officer contacted the driver who advised he was charging his electric vehicle. The warrant was confirmed and the driver was arrested. In addition, the investigation revealed the driver to be in possession of fentanyl and drug paraphernalia. The driver was booked and transported out to the Waukesha County jail.
Jun-10-2024VIDEO 12 Woman Going Triple The Speed Limit Gets Let Off With A Warning
On August 16, 2023. An officer from the Menomonee Falls police department stopped a vehicle for traveling at a high rate of speed. The officer contacted the occupants and realized one of the passengers was suffering from a gunshot wound. Investigation revealed that the passenger was shot while in Milwaukee. The Milwaukee Police department was notified and sent officers to interview the victim who was being treated at the hospital. The driver of the vehicle was let off with a verbal warning.
